  6. Nov 16, 2012 I actually think it helps with the brain fog. It was worse before I started Plaquenil. I still have brain fog days but it is not as bad. My energy is MUCH better with Plaquenil I used to nap daily now I nap on occasion. SO. Plaquenil helps with the pain, brain fog and fatigue.
