But there also has to be something negative going on if it's making my hair fall out! mshistory - I know what you're saying is ALL true. I won't let things go to long like this, but I am hoping this is just some sort of rebound effect and that things will level off. I need to find a new one, but with 2 small kids and work full time, who has the time?! like i said i have super thick hair so i still have have a good amount but its def not super super thick like it once was. for those of you losing hair loss-lets be like Dolly Parton and all these other stars and wear wigs! It was making me feel better in other ways -no doubt. As for the psychologist, I did try that over the summer, but was not impressed by the one I was going to. If you remember, most wait at least 3 months before they even see any improvement. i lost a bunch of hair the 1st 4 months and now it has steadied off... along with the extreme dry patchy skin that bleads and all my lovely knew wrinkles along my eyes from doing warm compresses , massage and drops!!! this disease sure takes a toll52 yr old Sj S, APS w/strokes, Autonomic Neuropathy, PN, Nephrogenic DI, (CVID) Ig G def., Cushing's, Asthma, Gastroparesis.

Commonly used on holidays in malaria prone destinations, chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine will not be over familiar to the emergency physician. However, it is one of the leading causes of drug overdose in malaria prone countries and also the occasional toddler has managed to consume the grandparents lupus or rheumatoid arthritis medication leading to lethal consequences. The absorption half-life was approximately 3 to 4 hours and the terminal half-life ranged from 40 to 50 days. The long half-life can be attributed to extensive tissue uptake rather than through decreased excretion. Peak plasma levels of hydroxychloroquine were seen in about 3 to 4 hours.

I thought methotrexate was stronger and had harder side effects??? Being 32 and feeling like I'm way too young to be dealing with any of this but trying to find my way through it BTW, seeing a psychiatrist and dealing with my depression and anxiety seriously saved my life. And your hair is growing back even while you're still on 200 a day? I wonder if what you're noticing is really the change in dose. You need to decided what is more important..or health.52 yr old Sj S, APS w/strokes, Autonomic Neuropathy, PN, Nephrogenic DI, (CVID) Ig G def., Cushing's, Asthma, Gastroparesis. If you feel really overwhelmed by all of this, it might be something to consider. now i still have quite a bit of hair but plaquenil made me lose a lot.. I'm wondering if 400 a day is just too much for some of us to handle? I say this because Plaquenil has a chemical half-life of 30-60 days (you can confirm this on wiki or RX info on the drug)--so it takes a LONG time to get out of your system..long for you to notice changes in days. whenever i take something new i think i get a weird side effect--but then again could it just be part of a flare...ughhhhh..
