Plaquenil & Wine Sep 26, 2011 I started Plaquenil last week and so far the side effects are dizziness, nausea and tummy feeling weird. My doctor said 200mg twice a day, but I've been taking one, perhaps I should let her know? I was just wondering has long it takes to adjust and if taking twice the dose will result in higher discomfort.
